JOHN LLOYD PALOMARES
NABA, NUOVA ACCADEMIA DI BELLE ARTI
John Lloyd Palomares, class 1997, was born in the Philippines, precisely in a remote country village in the north of the country. The direct contact with that kind of life and the surrounding nature marks every artwork he does up to this days. Thanks to his grandparents, essential and definitely paternal figures for his growth, he learned manufacturing art (which allowed him to establish his first and true approach to art itself).
From the immersive nature of the Philippines, he moved, mainly for primary school, to Italy and precisely to be back with his parents in Milan. He will then continue his studies, graduating from the Agnesi’s high school, up to where he is today: at the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. At NABA, he increasingly develops his artistic sense trying to intertwine his primitive experiences with his growth in a cosmopolitan city like Milan; city that taught him the true art of Fashion.
