Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Ermenegildo Zegna Group, OTB and two of the Group's companies, Diesel and Staff International, received the "Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration" prize by UNHCR. OTB Foundation, OTB Group's nonprofit organization, was given the "We Welcome" award for its efforts in promoting specific initiatives for the employment of refugees.

"Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration" is a program of the UN Refugee Agency through which 22 thousand refugee careers have been activated in more than 520 active companies in Italy since 2017.

Created 7 years ago as an award to be given to companies that hire refugees, Welcome is now a model that is based on matching the recruiting needs of companies with the profiling, guidance and job-accompaniment skills of civil society organizations.

In this fifth edition, UNHCR also awarded the We Welcome logo to 51 cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, foundations, trade associations, trade unions, employment services and local authorities that, in various capacities, have worked to promote the inclusion of asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection in the labor market.
