DESIGNERS FOR THE PLANET

The Designers for the Planet project is dedicated to 8 designers of the new generation who have put sustainability at the centre of their collections. The designers participating in the project were selected by Sara Sozzani Maino, International New Talent and Brands Ambassador CNMI and Creative Director, Fondazione Sozzani.

The nine brands selected for this edition are: CASCINELLI, GROSSI, LIZZIO, LUCiA CHAIN., MAREA, NOIR DÉCHIRÉ, SERVATI, TOLO

ENSEMBLE. VOICES OF SEOUL

Seoul Metropolitan Government in collaboration with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana presents the second edition of the project dedicated to the collective of Korean designers, Voices of Seoul. This edition presents a harmonious and dynamic exploration of Seoul's cultural identity and innovation, identifying the theme in the Ensemble: the involved designers combine different creative styles into a cohesive artistic expression, illustrating Seoul's continuous evolution and the city's deep connection with its heritage through creativity and innovation. The creative director of this edition is Seung Ik Lee (Rick Lee), Global Creative Director of Seoul Fashion Week.

GoMongolia

The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association (MWCA) presents for the first time a selection of five companies for the GoMongolia project, in collaboration with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, and supported by the Italian Embassy in Mongolia, the Mongolian Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and the Mongolian Ministry of Agriculture and Light Industry. Founded in 1993, the MWCA is a professional association of 154 Mongolian cashmere brands that promotes the adoption of international quality standards, develops social and environmental sustainability, and officially promotes Mongolian cashmere to the world.

Charles de Vilmorin

Born in 1996, French designer Charles De Vilmorin studied at the Ecole de la Chambre syndicale de la couture parisienne. His graduate collection which featured his dreamlike and poetic drawings took the industry by storm. In 2021, he is appointed Artistic Director of the house of Rochas. Connected with the world of culture, he dressed artists such as Lady Gaga or Bilal Hassani and designed some of the costumes of the Paris 2024 Olympic Opening Ceremony. Aside his passion for fashion, Charles De Vilmorin continues to draw and to paint. His designs have been displayed at Centre Pompidou and Musée du Louvre.
