Ermenegildo Zegna, a design valet stand

The Zegna man, you know, has the attention to detail typical of the dandy, but aimed at the contemporary world: there is no room for nostalgia, the horizon is represented by innovation and research. It's not certainly by coincidence that Antonio Citterio, one of the most famous Italian designers in the world, was asked to redesign a valet stand, a worthy replacement for the butler which no longer exists. Zegna Valet Stand, presented in the boutiques of Via Montenapoleone during the Salone del Mobile 2012, is quite functional: the bust and trousers rack, lined in soft full-grain leather, allowing the perfect fit of the clothes, the tray used to empty the pockets is no longer thought only for the traditional male accessories of small dimensions, but also for the bulky tablet and there is also the swivel hook for the belt. The design is attractive and expresses contemporary luxury: the structure is in satin-finished aluminum with shades of bronze, with a smooth surface and clean shapes. A piece of furniture rather than an accessory for your wardrobe.
