CNMI ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF THE "INFLUENCER GUIDELINES"
Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana announces the publication of "Influencer's Guidelines", a document produced by the Digital Table set up by CNMI in 2018 with assistance from attorneys Ida Palombella and Federica Caretta of Deloitte Legal – Studio Associato.
Fashion brands are currently among the biggest users of influencer marketing and operate in a sector with certain rather special characteristics in terms of relationships, image and reputation. Rules applying to many other sectors are not at all easy for fashion operators to apply.
Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana therefore decided to give voice to its members by creating a Work Group in which the key aspects of this topic can be discussed by some of the biggest users of influencers’ promotional services.
Hence the "Influencer's Guidelines", a document that intends to summarize the best practices currently adopted by brands in this industry and also aims to establish dialogue with government, partly in view of future legislation in this area.
