Angelos Bratis to hold his show at the Armani/Theatre

During the next edition of Milano Moda Donna, Giorgio Armani is to host Angelo Bratis’s fashion show at the Armani/Theatre, thereby actively supporting the initiative in favour of young talents that has reached its sixth season.

Born in Athens, where he started his training before studying in the Netherlands, Angelos Bratis lives and works in Milan. His fashion research, nurtured by his deep knowledge of atelier work, translates into clothes that are perfectly built, plain, but technically complex. His technical virtuosity earned him the Who's On Next awardin 2011.

"My initiative in support of little known but promising designers is giving its fruits, and I’m personally very thrilled by it. The system’s future depends on the new generations: I’m glad I can actively contribute to it. This season it will be Angelo Bratis to show his collection in my theatre. I wish him a brilliant future”, declared Giorgio Armani.

“I am deeply honoured to have been selected by Giorgio Armani to show my new collection in his prestigious theatre in Milan. For me, the great Italian master is the perfect example of a designer with profound values, expressed in a long career. The very same values I try to express in my own work: femininity and a pure and effortless elegance”, shared Angelos Bratis.
