BLUMARINE, THE LOVE FOR SPORTS AND CARPI

The bond with Carpi is part of the history of Blumarine: Anna Molinari was born there, from a family of industrial textile manufacturers and also there, in 1977 - founded by the designer and her husband Gianpaolo Tarabini - the brand saw the light. A story still continuing today, as the town is still the central district of the fashion house, and for many years Blumarine is supporting the centuries-old football team Carpi (founded in 1909).

Gianguido Tarabini, CEO of Blufin, and Claudio Caliumi, President of the Carpi F.C. presented at the Hotel Touring – Ristorante La Bottiglieria the new red and white jersey the team will wear during the next football season, the first in the B league. Special witnesses for the occasion were: Luigi Della Rocca, Fabio Concas and Fabrizio Poli.

“I take great pride in sponsoring the Carpi football team, a responsible team that - through the great work with young people and an excellence in programming - is achieving results beyond all expectations” said Gianguido Tarabini, who has always been a football fan and an amateur player himself. On the jersey, the inscription "Blumarine", that we usually see on the slim and female figures that populate the catwalks of the brand, is the most obvious symbol of the ability of the fashion industry to be part of the network and of the society.
