ROBERTO CAVALLI BY FRANCK MULLER: REAL LUXURY

It will arrive in the exclusives boutiques only next autumn, but in the meantime the Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller watches collection has already been presented in Paris, in the elegant flagship store of the Tuscan brand, on Rue Saint-Honoré. A meeting between two excellences, that of fashion and that of watchmaking, awaited for since the announcement of the partnership agreement that the two groups signed in January 2012, but if the timing of the prêt-à-porter are fast and relentless, patience is typical of the world of watchmaking, and is a virtue always well rewarded.

Two collections in which coexist modernity and the typical Roberto Cavalli’s taste, with the precision and Swiss excellence of Franck Muller. The designer has so found two different ways to imprint his unmistakable touch while expressing his vision: on the one hand, the collection "Dual Master", that recalling the octagonal shape of the Baptistery of San Giovanni in Florence, reveals the profound identity of the designer; on the other hand there are the watches of the "Signature" collection, that - as suggested by the animal print - seem to come from a catwalk of Roberto Cavalli, whose style they show obvious traces.

The taste for luxury, and therefore also for the excellence of materials, unites Roberto Cavalli and Franck Muller: the watches "Dual Master" are made of stainless steel, the case is made of 18 carat pink gold, and they are enriched with diamonds and precious stones; while those of the "Signature" collection are in colored PVD and the watchstraps are in colored leather straps or stainless steel and gold. Luxury at your wristip.
