The Fashion Week is not only a busy schedule of fashion shows, presentations and social events, it is also the occasion on which the city of Milan rediscovers its beauty, its history. The City of Milan, in collaboration with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana  has organized three interesting events linked to the Fashion Week of February 20th to 26th.

VISIT TO THE EXHIBITION "GIOVANNI BELLINI. FROM ICON TO HISTORY": insiders will enjoy a special guided tour of the Museum Poldi Pezzoli, where is held the exhibition" Giovanni Bellini. From icon to history ", the famous Renaissance painter.

BALLET "ESTRA D'EAU" OF THE SUSANNA BELTRAMI DANCE COMPANY: it concludes the trilogy that began with "Kore and Psyche" and continued with "Le vent noir". The Susanna Beltrami Company brings to the stage a show inspired by the French philosopher Gaston Bachelard from which it inherits the same sense of drama. The protagonist is water, the primordial element, celebrated as a dynamic force, a symbol of purity, source of energy. Set on a road, which will live on the catwalk set up at the Castello Sforzesco, the show is set on a bare road:  metaphor of a journey, abyss of memories and, finally, hallway of a damp house.

The event will take place on Friday, February 22nd, 2013 at 8:30 pm and is open to the public.
