The event had been held at Fabbrica del Vapore, courtesy of the Municipality of Milan, from 16 to 18 June 2017, concurrently with Milano Moda Uomo. It hosted a showing of the best academic projects chosen from among all of Italy’s fashion schools and the inauguration of a static exhibition of excellences from other fashion courses (2nd and 3rd year) in accessories design, styling, communication, marketing, product management, visual merchandising, retail management, pattern making and tailoring.

Each school has selected its students’ best projects (up to 6 projects in each of the categories mentioned above). From all the projects entered, the Tavolo sulla Formazione Moda (Fashion Training Committee) has chosen the seven fashion designers who appeared at the Milano Moda Graduate Fashion Show and the projects regarding the other fashion professions which has been featured in the Milano Moda Graduate static presentations.

The members of the Committee are: Carlo Capasa, Andrea Batilla, Sara Sozzani Maino, Paola Arosio, Serena Tibaldi, Lory Yedid, Michele Ciavarella, Stefano Martinetto, Riccardo Vannetti, Lucio Vanotti, Leila Palermo.
