The Fashion Incubator project is devised and promoted by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana and funded by the Municipality of Milan.
OBJECTIVES:
The Fashion Incubator project, which in 2009 has reached its third edition, aims at facilitating the start-up of small fashion enterprises. Its specific objective is that of promoting and supporting young creative talents who wish to start a fashion business by assisting them for one year with a number of targeted actions and services.
CONTENTS:
Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana is going to make the following available to the young selected brands:
- premises equipped with office equipment for the business start-up
- centralized secretariat on the premises
- education and counselling on fashion and business matters
- communication and press office
- collection promotion in the Milano Moda Donna/Uomo fashion shows
- promotion abroad
- connection with retailers, meetings with buyers, as well as contacts with and presence in showrooms
