The organisation structure of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana is composed of two different executive bodies:
- The Presidency Committee.
- The Executive Board.

The Board of Directors consists of a number of members varying from 11 to 18, according to the Assembly decision, that will elect them out of a list of candidates, and will stay in power for three years and can also be re-eligible.

The Board of Directors meets in the registered office or elsewhere, at least once every three months, any time the President believes it is necessary, or by request of a third of the Members or of two Vice Presidents and it is invested with the power of the ordinary and extra-ordinary management of the Association.


The Presidential Committee consists of the President and four Vice Presidents. Besides the Board can nominate among its members two Managing Directors that will become in every respect part of the Presidential Committee.

It meets every time it is necessary and at least once a month it takes care of the  Association ordinary management and, in case of urgency, can act for the Board of Directors, except for submitting to the same board, in the next meeting, for ratification, the adopted measures.
