Donna sotto le stelle is the annual evening programme featuring fashion shows and entertainment which takes place in the enchanting scenery of Piazza di Spagna closing the Alta Moda a Roma fashion week.

Donna sotto le stelle, broadcast in the evening by the Mediaset network, on Canale 5, represents a great TV show and a social and trendy event which has become a must for everyone.
 
This TV programme, which has reached  its 17th edition, plays an important and prestigious role on the stage of fashion events.

The fascinating backdrop of Trinità dei Monti, the presence of the most glamorous haute couture and prét à porter designers as well as the participation of important personalities of the world of culture, politics, show business make this evening unique and bear witness to the international relevance of the event.
 
Every edition shows on the catwalk the most important  fashion brands associated with endorsers belonging to show business, cinema and TV, thus making this show very successful with the public crowding at the feet of the magnificent and magical steps of Piazza di Spagna.

The event, exclusively involving Haute Couture Firms, has been televised since 1986 and used to be broadcast by RAI .
In 1993, when the event became a Fininvest programme, also Prét à Porter Firms were included.
